Guests Say It Best

I finally stayed here, as a treat to myself for my 60th birthday, and I simply loved it. It was very relaxing and destressing (much needed). I LOVE the jacuzzi tub looking out at the ocean. Next time I might bring a friend. My only complaint is that the windows only had curtains, and no sheers. I would have loved to have the curtains open, but felt too exposed with lawn seating right outside my window. Next time I'll ask for a 1st floor and up suite.

Last few months have been really tough in my life. My loved one had a stroke early April. His 50th Birthday was coming up and asked him what he wanted. He wanted a bath. (He is a tub guy and where we live is shower only) So I made it happen. We arrived for our weekend stay and from the gate it was amazing. Brandi at the front desk was an absolute angel, when we checked in. Head to our room. King bed, Robes, Fluffy towels, and best part a huge TUB right in the room next to very large window looking out over the ocean. The smile on his face was enough...... As we settled in and he is relaxing in tub, we discover TV does not work. I went down to front desk to find Brandi who went above and beyond to try and get fixed and make it right. But to no fault of hers it could not be fixed. She switched our room and made sure it was all good before moving us. We moved rooms and started again. We came and went several times a day.. Every time we came back Brandi was at front desk, asking if everything was OK, asking if we were enjoying our stay, asking if we needed anything..... Brandi in my opinion went way out and above front desk agent. We enjoyed our stay very much. Beautiful room with view, tub for the love of my life, and a front desk agent who treated us like we mattered and not just another customer. So at the end of the day, I will return to stay again, I will recommend to family and friends.... But most of all, I HOPE THEY GET THE SMILING, AMAZING FACE OF BRANDI....

My husband had booked us the Pacific Suite for our honeymoon back in 2018. I was so taken aback by the hotel and how clean it was. Absolutely beautiful. I told him from the moment i stepped into the lobby that it wouldn't be our only time there. It has been a few years but I'm happy to say we've booked our next stay!!! The calmness of hearing the waves crashing, birds, boats, all of it is guaranteed to have you leaving wanting more. My top favorite place to stay. Look forward to my trip. See you soon!!!
